Advanced Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Program Overview

The Advanced Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (ADEEE) is designed for technical aspirants working in the electrical and/or electronics industry, who are looking to upgrade their skills and knowledge in the area of Electrical and Electronics and related concepts. The course will help to enhance the student’s technical skills to meet growing demands in the fields of Research and Development (R&D) and Manufacturing, especially with the application of the latest technologies.

Option 1 (Sunday): 3 Sundays (9am-6pm)
Option 2 (Evening): 3 Saturdays & Sundays (6pm-10pm)

Assessment will take place on the 4th weekend

 

Entry Qualification

  • Minimum of 3 ‘A’ Level subject passes or equivalent, in General Paper and two Science subjects, OR
  • Candidates with Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Capital College of the Arts, Management and Technology (and/or the College’s predecessors) will be eligible for exemption of a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 8 modules, OR
  • Matured students who are 30 years and older and have more than 8 years working experience, OR
  • Candidates with other qualifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Students are to meet the attendance requirements.
At least 75% Class Attendance, AND
At least 50% for each Module Grade.

Certification

The Advanced Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering will be awarded by Capital College of the Arts, Management and Technology.
