Mr. Lem is a principal at Lem Architects & Associates/Atelier Lem, specializing in architecture and design consultancy. He has extensive experience in the industry, including roles as a director at Fagraea Pte. Ltd., focusing on educational consultancy, and as an adjunct lecturer at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. His teaching expertise encompasses subjects such as design principles, architectural history, materials and technology, and professional practice.

With a master’s degree in Creative Technologies from De Montfort University (UK) and a bachelor’s degree in Arts (Multimedia Design) from Curtin University of Technology (Australia), Mr. Lem combines his strong educational background with his practical experience in the field.Β  Mr. Lem’s achievements include winning awards in the URA Heritage Awards for his work on Sophia Hills and Murray Terrace. His dedication to architecture, design, and education is evident in his comprehensive portfolio and commitment to preparing students for the workforce or further education.
