The student contract is a critical document that governs the relationship between the private education institution (PEI) and the student. Prospective students should therefore understand and agree to the terms and conditions stated in the student contract before signing it. Following are the mandatory requirements:

1. Clear definition of course details – course title, pre-requisites, qualification awarded, course duration
2. Full disclosure of all costs for tuition/non-tuition fees
3. Commitment to Fee Protection Scheme (Capital College of the Arts, Management and Technology has adopted Lonpac Insurance Bhd Student Tuition Fee Insurance scheme for its students)
4. Clear definition of refund policies
5. Clear definition of dispute resolution mechanisms
